Totally agree Declan. Systematic and indiscriminate murders on the high seas without any semblance of due process strike me as barbaric and totally reprehensible. I've been told that the DOD doesn't have JAG Corps anymore. I wonder if this is because they want the armed forces to be allowed to obey illegal orders? If so this is putting them in an untenable position when they are in the zone with no guidance of the legality of their orders. How does an 18 year old stand up to that kind of pressure in the moment? As they are currently blowing boats out of the water without Congressional approval, who knows what they will be asked to do when trumps sends them to war in Venezuela! Which he will if he needs to deflect and distract from the JE files and other illegalities he's facing.

They would all be corrupt and run back to Hegseth or one of his henchmen to ask how they want the case handled, including advising the defendants to take pleas and accept court marshals.
